Set Up Outlook 365 for Small Business
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Configure Outlook Classic to access email from ~ 6 small businesses that the I supports for bookkeeping services. These businesses use a mix of Outlook and Gmail to communicate with me. At minimum, my personal calendar (Yahoo.com) needs to sync with the iOS calendar on my iPhone 17. TBD if I need to access other calendars from my iPhone.
I’ve tried to do this on my own using CoPilot and Claude. Just went in circles. Then worked a dozen hours with an Outlook consultant, to no success.
Requirements:
- Set up Outlook 365 Classic to access:
- Outlook email accounts
- Yahoo email accounts
- Gmail email accounts
- Ensure that emails and calendars are accessible on an iPhone
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365
- Experience with configuring multiple email accounts, including Outlook, Yahoo, and Gmail
- Knowledgeable in iPhone email/calendar integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills
