U.S. Resident Needed as Limited Authorized Signer for Merchant Account Application (Simple Role, No Tech Work)

I need a U.S. resident to act as a limited authorized signer for a service-based merchant account application. This is a straightforward role and doesn't involve any technical work.

We are a Wyoming-based LLC seeking a U.S. citizen or legal resident to act as a limited authorized signer for the sole purpose of completing a merchant account application.

This is a low-effort role with no operational involvement in the company. You will simply help fulfill KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements typically requested by U.S.-based merchant service providers.


Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the authorized representative for our LLC on merchant account forms.
- Provide a valid U.S. photo ID, SSN, and U.S. residential address as required for verification.
- Electronically sign forms related to merchant account onboarding.
- If contacted by the provider (rare), confirm that you are working remotely from home/home office as part of your role with the company.
- No further day-to-day work, calls, or system access needed.


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
- Must have a valid SSN and government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport).
- Must reside at a U.S. residential address (home or home office is fine).
- Must be comfortable verifying your role if contacted briefly by the payment provider.
- Professionalism, trustworthiness, and responsiveness.
