Reactivate Suspended Google Merchant Account

Job ID: 40119730

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My ecommerce catalogue was taken down for “Misrepresentation” and every item in the Google Merchant Center is now disabled. I need a specialist who has successfully overturned this exact policy violation before, can pinpoint what triggered the flag, and will guide me step-by-step until all products are live again.

Here is the situation:

• The primary goal is approving disabled Google Merchant products.
• Google cites a policy-violation suspension, specifically misrepresentation.
• Shopping ads, feeds, and my linked Google Ads account are on hold until the GMC suspension is lifted.

What I expect from you
1. Diagnose the root causes of the misrepresentation flag—site content, feed data, landing-page mismatches, pricing or availability discrepancies, or any other hidden compliance traps you know about.
2. Correct the feed (manual or supplemental) so titles, GTINs, images, shipping & tax attributes, and all required fields comply 100 %.
3. Submit a well-structured appeal that addresses Google’s policy language directly and follows best-practice escalation tactics.
4. Re-enable every product and confirm they pass review without errors or warnings inside Merchant Center.
5. Once reapproved, tune the feed for quality score and set up (or reconnect) Smart Shopping / Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads so traffic can resume without delay.

Acceptance criteria
• GMC suspension lifted and account status returns to “Active”.
• All affected SKUs show “Approved” with no policy or data-quality errors.
• Shopping ads eligible to serve again, verified in the Google Ads interface.

Please outline your relevant GMC reinstatement experience and typical turnaround time. I’ll grant you temporary access to Merchant Center, Google Ads and the website once we agree on the approach.
