HR Professional - A HR Onboarding Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
A long time HR Professional
We are looking for a remote HR person who can handle all HR tasks for our small-sized organization (less than 7 members)
We anticipate needing a HR manager for 10 hours per week.
A HR manager with more than 3-5 years of experience that can guide us on what to improve and what to focus on in regards to the Human Resources.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong communication skill is a must.
The tasks/responsibilities we are expecting from this HR Manager (but not limited to):
- Follow up with the given tasks of each member in the team, and act immediately with unexpected occations.
- Draft any written agreements if needed.
- Follow up with their days-off.
- Be kind, be nice with our team members.
- Respect other people's cultures
- Being a mediator in the arguments when needed.
- Always available when messaged.
- Report daily or weekly.
- Be able to have a voice call when in need.
