I need an experienced Excel / Word specialist to convert a 11–50-page PDF into fully editable files while preserving every table, chart, and layout element. The final document should mirror the source in structure and appearance, yet behave like a native spreadsheet or Word file so I can filter, sort, and edit without restrictions.
Scope
• Recreate all tables with correct column widths, borders, and formulas where visible.
• Redraw embedded charts so they update automatically when underlying numbers change.
• Maintain headings, sub-headings, and any footnotes exactly as they appear.
• Deliver both the Excel workbook and a matching Word version if content requires it, ensuring cross-checking for consistency.
• Run your own accuracy check before hand-off; I expect zero typos or broken cell references.
You should be comfortable with advanced Excel features (e.g., table styles, chart tools) and strong in Word formatting. If you spot opportunities to streamline the layout—such as using styles or conditional formatting—feel free to suggest them; I’m open to improvements that keep the document clean and professional.
