Part-Time Startup Account Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am launching a young, Saudi-based venture and need a mid-level account manager to build and nurture our very first client relationships. Most of the companies we serve revolve around account management and relationship management themselves, so credibility in those areas is essential.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day:
• Guide every new customer through a smooth onboarding process, mapping their goals and configuring our service to match.
• Remain the first point of contact for ongoing customer support, tracking issues and coordinating quick resolutions with our product team.
• Keep our sales pipeline healthy—updating deal stages, forecasting revenue, and spotting upsell opportunities in HubSpot (or a similar CRM you’re comfortable with).
I’m looking for someone who has already managed a book of business, understands SaaS or service-driven client expectations, and enjoys the fast pace—and occasional ambiguity—of a startup environment. The hours are part-time and can flex around your schedule, but overlap with KSA business hours is important so you can jump on calls when needed.
Deliverables I will review monthly:
1. Updated CRM reports showing current pipeline and churn risk.
2. A brief client-health summary for each active account.
3. Documented onboarding checklists for any newly signed customers.
If you are based in Saudi and have the relationship-building mindset, solid written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus), and the drive to own this function from the ground up, let’s talk.
