Operator for Monitoring and Booking Viewing Appointments
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
We are looking for a freelancer to monitor apartment listings on various platforms and book viewing appointments for apartments from the construction company Saga. Your task will be to quickly respond to new listings, submit requests for viewings, and promptly confirm appointments when invitations arrive via email.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the Saga, Immowelt, and Immoscout24 websites from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Refresh the pages every 10 seconds and immediately submit a request for a viewing appointment using the Immomio service.
Quickly respond to received viewing invitations, select the time, and confirm the viewing appointment.
Always be ready and react quickly to email notifications.
Requirements:
Access to the internet and a computer.
Attention to detail and quick reaction time.
Experience with browsers and email.
Willingness to work during the specified hours.
Payment: €5 for each successfully booked viewing appointment. Our workers typically secure up to 10 appointments per week. There are no limits; it all depends on you.
