I need a clean, up-to-date list of C-suite decision makers based in North America. Real estate executives are the first priority, yet I’d also like to capture contacts from large contractors, restaurant groups, mining firms, and healthcare organisations as bandwidth allows.
What matters most is accuracy and direct reachability. Every record must include: company name, industry, contact name, verified email, direct phone (where possible), LinkedIn profile, and headquarters city/state. Within restaurants I will only accept CEOs, COOs, or CFOs; for the other sectors any true C-level title (CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CIO, CMO, etc.) is acceptable.
Feel free to pull from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hunter, or similar tools, but please verify each email to keep bounce rates near zero. I’ll review a small sample first; once approved, deliver the rest in CSV or Google Sheets. Quality and relevance outweigh sheer volume, so curate carefully and flag any doubts before final submission.
