Monthly Promotions and Procurement Manager
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Fixed Monthly Salary:
A fixed salary of ₹10,000 will be paid on the 3rd of each month, provided that the employee promotes at least 5 active riders during the same month.
Customer Promotion Bonus:
For each successfully promoted customer who completes at least one transaction, a bonus of ₹1,000 will be awarded.
Registration Reward:
For each successful registration, the employee will receive ₹100.
Wallet Binding Reward:
For each customer who successfully binds a wallet, the employee will receive ₹500.
Only the final number of bound wallets will be counted.
Additional Responsibilities:
The employee will also be responsible for certain procurement-related tasks, such as purchasing mobile numbers, applying for wallets, and other related work.
Example Calculation:
If, during one month (1st to 30th):
100 promoted customers used the app;
50 customers registered and added wallets;
20 customers only registered;
Then, the total salary will be calculated as follows:
Fixed salary: ₹10,000
Promotion reward: 100 × ₹1,000 = ₹100,000
Registration reward: 20 × ₹100 = ₹2000
Wallet binding reward: 50 × ₹500 = ₹25,000
Total Salary = ₹10,000 + ₹100,000 + ₹2000 + ₹25,000 = ₹137,000
