Job Portal Account Manager Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for someone who can receive access to my job-portal account and run the day-to-day management for me. The core objective is simple: keep the profile active, organised, and ready to attract qualified talent without me having to log in constantly.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Securely access the account, confirm settings, and make sure the company profile looks complete and professional.
• Post open roles as I supply the job descriptions.
• Monitor incoming applications, tagging or short-listing promising candidates so they’re easy for me to review.
• Forward important candidate messages or schedule interviews when required.
• Provide a concise weekly summary of activity, highlighting new applications, urgent messages, and any improvements you suggest.
I haven’t locked the project to a single platform yet, so if you’re comfortable with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or similar sites, let me know which one you prefer and why. Experience handling recruiter tools, applicant-tracking features, and basic candidate communication will set you apart.
Reliability and data privacy are crucial because you’ll be working directly in the company account. If this sounds like a good fit, tell me about similar portal management work you’ve done and the tools you’re most familiar with.
