Jaipur based accountant needed for service based company

I run a small service-based firm in Jaipur and need an accountant who can keep my books clean and compliant while I focus on growth. Your main responsibility will be to record every sale and purchase accurately, maintain expense ledgers, reconcile accounts, and see that all GST and income-tax obligations are filed on schedule.

I currently organise my data in Odoo, so familiarity with that platform—or the ability to master it quickly—is essential. Most tasks can be handled online, yet being Jaipur-based lets us meet when something needs hands-on review or document pickup.

To help me choose, attach a short but detailed proposal that explains:
• how you will migrate or structure entries in Odoo,
• your typical monthly workflow for reconciliations, GST returns, and annual tax filing,
• checkpoints you use to catch errors before submission.

Deliverables I will review each month:
1. Fully reconciled sales, purchase, and expense books inside Odoo.
2. Generated GST returns ready for my signature and e-filing proof once submitted.
3. A brief health report highlighting variances or compliance issues.

My invoices are on an average 5-10 a quarter but they are quite large could go from 10-20 lakhs
