Healthcare RCM Sales Contractor

We are hiring a commission-based Healthcare Sales Representative (1099 contractor) to promote and sell our Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to healthcare providers across the United States. Your role is to bring qualified prospects, conduct presentations, nurture leads, and close service contracts. You will earn commission only on successful conversions — no fixed salary or upfront payment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to clinics, physicians, group practices & healthcare facilities
• Present our RCM solutions and value proposition confidently
• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, email & LinkedIn networking
• Set up introduction/discovery meetings with decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing with guidance and complete contract sign-ups
• Maintain a simple sales tracking sheet

Commission Structure:

• Commission-only role (paid per successful conversion)
• High-earning potential with recurring commission for active client contracts
• Performance bonuses may be offered for consistent closures

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, RCM or software sales preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently
• Existing healthcare network is a plus
