I am looking for an experienced and practical Meta / Facebook Business expert who has real experience managing issues related to Meta Business Suite, Meta Verified, Facebook Support, account restrictions, subscriptions, and connecting business assets.

Problem Details:
I have been subscribed to Meta Verified for WhatsApp Business for around one and a half years.
About 3 months ago, I upgraded my subscription to include my Facebook Page. However, Meta later stopped the Facebook subscription. When I tried to reactivate the subscription, only higher-priced plans appeared, which do not match my previous subscription.
After that, I moved both the Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business account to a new Business Portfolio and subscribed to Meta Verified for the Facebook Page. When I tried to add WhatsApp Business to the Meta Verified subscription, it showed that the WhatsApp account was “not eligible,” even though Meta Support told me there was no issue and that it could be added.
Later, one of the support agents told me that my account had been restricted because I contacted support too many times, and it seems Meta considered this activity as spam. Today, I also noticed that monetization on my Facebook Page has been restricted, and the page’s performance has become noticeably weak.
What I Need from the Freelancer:
1. Fully review the status of my Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio.
2. Try to resolve the issue of linking WhatsApp Business to the Meta Verified subscription.
3. Communicate with Meta Support in a professional and organized way.
4. Help remove the restriction caused by excessive support messages.
5. Review the reason for the Facebook Page monetization restriction and help submit an appeal or guide me through the correct steps.
6. Prepare professional messages to Meta Support when needed.
7. Explain the plan before starting and avoid taking any action that could increase restrictions or create additional problems.
Required Skills:
