Female Telecaller – Outbound Sales (Work From Home) - Telugu, English 1 Candidate & Tamil, English 1 Candidate

We are looking for 2 experienced and motivated Female Telecallers for Outbound Sales, to work remotely on a long-term basis.

Telugu and English 1 Candidate
Tamil and English 1 Candidate

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads provided by the company (clients already interested in our product).
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Address customer queries professionally and follow up where required.
Accurately update customer responses, feedback, and call status in our Lead Management Software (LMS).
Maintain proper call etiquette and adhere to Work From Home (WFH) compliance and data confidentiality guidelines.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) - Monday to Friday

Training: Complete product and process training will be provided before starting live calls.
Requirements: Female candidates only
Good communication skills in English, Tamil and Telugu.
Prior experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer engagement is preferred
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/LMS tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home
