A customer has asked for their payment to be returned and the transaction was completed through a digital-wallet platform. I need the refund initiated promptly, the status monitored until the funds are credited back to the payer, and a clear confirmation (screenshot or PDF) provided for my records.
You should already be comfortable navigating the standard refund flows inside services like PayPal, Skrill, Stripe or any comparable wallet, including handling any two-factor prompts and release holds that might appear. Accuracy is critical—there must be no duplicate refunds or residual balances left unsettled.
Deliverables
• Refund successfully processed for the original transaction
• Documented proof of completion (time-stamped receipt or system confirmation)
