--Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure the project is on track and within the allocated budget.
--Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
--Proven experience in a project management or account management role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
--Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, web development, and social media marketing.
--Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
--Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
