DACH SaaS Account Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a seasoned account manager who can speak and write German at a native-level and feels at home inside the complex hierarchies of large enterprises in the DACH market. Our SaaS platform is already adopted by several well-known corporations; what I’m missing is someone who can own those relationships end-to-end, keep decision-makers engaged, and spot expansion opportunities before they land on my desk.
Your day will revolve around client relationship management: coordinating QBRs, translating product feedback into clear internal briefs, and ensuring every stakeholder—from procurement to IT—knows exactly where we’re headed next. Because you’ll often be dealing with matrixed organisations, you must be comfortable navigating corporate structures.
While German fluency is the non-negotiable here, a solid grasp of regional business etiquette and current SaaS trends will help you hit the ground running. We work mostly in Jira, so familiarity with either is an asset, though not a blocker.
Deliverables I will measure:
• A 90-day account plan for each assigned enterprise customer
• Monthly status reports summarising usage metrics, risks, and upsell opportunities
• Documented meeting notes after every key stakeholder call, entered in CRM within 24 hours
If you’re the kind of person who can effortlessly switch between a customer feedback session and a feature summary with our internal team—all in German—I’d love to see how you can strengthen our footprint in the region.
