We need an experienced IT specialist or developer to create and fully configure accounts for ConnectWise Manage (PSA/CRM) and ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) (remote support tool), then integrate/configure them with our company domain. Tasks include:
• Sign up for both platforms (cloud versions preferred).
• Set up custom hostname/subdomain for ScreenConnect (e.g., support.yourdomain.com via cloud portal or 301 redirect/DNS masking).
• Configure domain/DNS records for ConnectWise Manage (API endpoints, email verification, custom portal if applicable).
• Handle DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SSL setup, and testing to avoid errors.
• Verify full functionality, including login, sessions, and integrations between the two.
• Provide documentation, credentials handover, and a quick video walkthrough.
