Key Responsibilities:
Account onboarding and debit card application processes mapping and testing
30 days activation communication tracking and taking notes
Performing few actiivities related to account active usage (daily banking)
Answering Satisfaction Surveys (in excel) paying attention to all details asked
Preparing necessary basic documentation (recordings & printscreens, personal and sensitive data must be blured)
