Budget: $10 – $20 USD
We are looking for a motivated, Arabic-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing international team.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and supporting client relationships across the Middle East and Europe.
If you’re confident in both verbal and written communication, and you enjoy connecting with people, nurturing leads, and turning conversations into opportunities — we’d love to meet you.

- Set and manage appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Manage and update calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English—verbally and in writing—with clients and internal teams.
- Respond to and organize emails to ensure client inquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Track and shepherd deals through the pipeline—from first contact to close—using tools like Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve outreach campaigns and customer engagement.
---
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in sales development, appointment setting, or B2B sales environments, ideally in a technology-related context.
- Skilled in calendar management and coordination of meetings across regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) and productivity platforms (Notion, Google Workspace, Excel).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven — you thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.

What We Offer
- Performance-based incentives tied to leads, deals, and conversions.
- Flexible or remote work setup, allowing you to thrive wherever you’re most productive.
- Opportunities for travel across the Middle East and Europe as the team expands.
- Access to modern sales tools and, depending on role performance and team needs, potential provision of devices (such as a laptop or iPhone) to support your work.
- A chance to grow within a forward-thinking, international team and build your career in global sales and business development.
