I’m ready to give our AppFolio account a full tune-up, beginning with the complete redesign of our letter templates. I need every outgoing piece of correspondence to look polished, pull the right merge fields, and flow naturally for residents and owners alike. Once the templates shine, we’ll move on to applications, marketing standards, lease generation, renewals, and canned responses so the entire platform feels cohesive and efficient.
Here’s what I’d like delivered first:

Phase two expands the same thinking to the rest of our workflows—applications, listings, leases, renewals, and resident response macros—culminating in a searchable “how-to” manual that a leasing coordinator or property manager can follow step by step.
