Review and act on inventory removals.
Monitor and resolve stranded inventory, including:

Flag brands or ASINs that require additional documentation or escalation.

6. Returns & Performance-Driven Listing Reviews
Handle listings placed under review due to high return rates or performance signals.
Identify root causes (listing quality, customer expectations, defects).
Propose and execute corrective actions to restore listing health.

7. SOP Documentation & Process Improvement
Document SOPs for all recurring issues handled.
Build a structured playbook covering:
Listing removals

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central storefronts (brand or agency side).

Strong understanding of:
Listings, variations, GTIN/UPC rules
Compliance and policy enforcement
Seller Central case workflows
Ability to work independently and make judgment calls.
Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
Comfortable handling high-volume issue resolution.
Experience working with multiple brands and ASINs simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience working with brand stores or authorized resellers.
Familiarity with internal tooling, spreadsheets, and audit workflows.
Experience collaborating with ops, supply chain, or account managers.

Faster resolution of Seller Central cases.

Notes

This role will start with a sample workflow review to assess practical capability. The right candidate will be confident navigating Seller Central, not learning it.
