Amazon Account Manager
Budget: $5 – $7 USD
I am in search of an experienced Amazon Account Manager with experience in helping businesses optimize and grow their presence on Amazon. I am looking for someone who understands the complexities of the platform and is capable of developing strategies and tactics to help me reach my goals.
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced understanding of Amazon's marketplaces, algorithms, and marketplace management strategies. This expertise should include managing product portfolios, optimizing listings, increasing product visibility, and driving sales. Additionally, this person will have knowledge of ways to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction, as well as strategies to increase organic rankings and reviews.
The ideal candidate will also have a great track record in achieving, or exceeding, sales targets and revenue goals. If you are a detail-oriented Account Manager with a passion for Amazon, I welcome your proposal.
Responsibilities
● Deliver an exceptional level of service to all brands you’ve been assigned with.
● Seller central listing creation.
● Seller central content upload for A+/EBC/storefront.
● Remove negative feedback on Seller Central.
● Buy box monitoring.
● Ungating categories on behalf of the client to sell.
● Monitoring low stock.
● Resolve Amazon storage issues.
● Maintain account KPIs.
● Ensure all portfolios are in good health.
● Create FBA shipments.
● Raising tickets with Seller Support in the best interests of the client.
● Flat file uploads.
● Ensure all messages are replied to within 24 hours in each SC account.
● Client calls
● Communicate all activities within the company Slack channel and Monday.com
● Ensuring you log your daily work activity on Hubstaff.
● Assist in daily activities given by the managers of creative, PPC, and
● Continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in all things Amazon.
This a remote job. We need someone who can work with us full-time.
