Alipay Setup & HK/China Number

I need practical help getting an Alipay International account fully operational for business-related payments. At this point I am not even sure whether an old registration of mine exists, so the first step is confirming that. From there, you will either revive the dormant profile or create a brand-new one and walk me through every verification screen until the dashboard is live and ready to transact.

A working Hong Kong or mainland China mobile number is essential for this process and for ongoing two-factor authentication. I will use it strictly for business verification, so it must reliably receive SMS codes from Alipay and remain under my control after the hand-over.
