Account Manager for Comprehensive Oversight

I need an organised, proactive account manager who can keep my daily operations on track while I focus on growth. Your core responsibilities will be threefold: maintaining smooth, friendly client communication; staying on top of sales tracking; and compiling clear, data-driven reports that help me make decisions quickly.

You’ll have the freedom to choose the best tools for the job—whether that’s a familiar CRM platform, Google Workspace, Excel, or another system you know inside out—as long as the information flows seamlessly and nothing falls through the cracks. I’m flexible on seniority: proven skill and reliability matter more to me than years in a title. If you can demonstrate that you’ve juggled similar duties before and kept stakeholders happy, we’ll get along fine.

Deliverables
• Timely responses to client enquiries, logged in our shared system
• Up-to-date sales figures with clear insights on trends or anomalies
• A concise weekly report (PDF or Google Doc) summarising wins, issues, and next steps
