I have a single HTML file named “patatha.html” that currently acts as the entire front-end of my business website. It loads and works, but I want a seasoned front-end developer to take it from “it runs” to “it impresses.”

Here is what I need:

• Review the existing markup, remove any redundant code, and reorganise it so it is clean, readable, and W3C-valid.
• Ensure the layout is fully responsive on common breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop) without relying on frameworks unless absolutely necessary.
• Optimise page-load performance by compressing images, deferring or minifying scripts, and eliminating render-blocking resources.
• Confirm consistent rendering across the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
• Add semantic tags and basic ARIA attributes so the page is accessible to screen-reader users.
• Provide the finished HTML along with any supporting CSS or JavaScript files, plus a brief change log so I know what was touched.
