Senior placement and care Website

I need a clean, modern portfolio site that presents our network of care homes and independent care partners in the best possible light. The site’s core pages will highlight our services and display individual staff profiles with photos, roles, and short bios. An additional, crucial element is a straightforward sign-up workflow: interested organisations should be able to complete a form and upload basic documents to apply as a partner home, while agencies that provide care should have their own tailored form to join as care partners.

Design must be fully responsive, WCAG-friendly, and quick to load. I am happy for you to work in WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom stack—whichever lets us manage content easily after handover. Please include a simple visual style guide and brief instructions so my team can update text and images without touching code.

Acceptance criteria
• Home, About, Services, Staff Profiles, and “Become a Partner” sections all live and navigable
• Two separate sign-up forms (homes / individual carers) with confirmation emails sent automatically
• CMS back-end organised so staff profiles and service items can be added or edited in under two minutes
• Tested across modern desktop and mobile browsers, meeting basic accessibility checks (colour contrast, alt tags, keyboard navigation)
• Final delivery: live site on our hosting plus zipped backup, admin credentials, and style guide PDF

Would like for housing profiles and care profiles to be searchable with a code or upon approval.
