Responsive Front-End Website Build

A small site is ready for front-end implementation and I need the pages coded in clean, lightweight HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The finished product must look great on mobile, tablet and desktop, load fast, and pass basic accessibility checks.

Scope & expectations
• Up to five static pages (hero, about, services, contact, plus one flexible interior template).
• Modern layout using flexbox or CSS grid; feel free to lean on Bootstrap or another framework if that speeds things up, but keep the markup semantic.
• Smooth scroll and a couple of unobtrusive JavaScript interactions (e.g., mobile menu, simple modal).
• Final hand-off includes all source files, a short “read-me” on build steps, and a live demo link or video showing the site in action.

Timeline
I’d like everything packaged and ready for review within 3–4 days of project start, so plan your workflow accordingly.
