React Supabase Site Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need my small vanilla-JS website rebuilt as a typed React application that runs on Supabase. Performance and accessibility are first-class goals, so every decision should keep Core Web Vitals and keyboard/ARIA support in mind.
Scope
• Scaffold the project with Vite or Next + TypeScript.
• Recreate all existing pages and flows, preserving URL structure.
• Integrate Supabase authentication and any current API calls.
• Add state management where needed (Context/Zustand, etc.).
• Write unit tests in Jest and browser tests in Playwright.
• Produce concise developer documentation and setup scripts.
Milestones
1. Project scaffold and repo hand-off.
2. Route parity achieved.
3. Auth & data hooks wired to Supabase.
4. Tests passing, performance tuned.
5. Final handover with docs and walkthrough.
Acceptance criteria
• Lighthouse scores ≥ 90; CLS < 0.1.
• Gzipped bundle ≤ 300 KB.
• No critical a11y issues; prefers-reduced-motion respected.
• Playwright smoke suite green on CI.
When you reply, include:
- Your fixed-price quote and timeline.
- Assumptions or dependencies.
- Links to two comparable React + Supabase projects you have delivered.
Looking forward to a clean, performant migration that’s ready for production.
