Professional Training Document Design
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a Word document that serves as a training and education resource for managers working in the charity sector. Right now it’s plain and a bit clunky; I want it transformed into something that feels polished, easy to navigate, and visually engaging while still remaining accessible for quick edits in Microsoft Word.
Content type
• Core material is straightforward text explanations.
• I also need well-placed visual aids—charts, simple diagrams, and call-out boxes—that speak directly to charity managers. Think clean layouts, warm but professional colour accents, and graphics that reinforce key points without overwhelming the page.
Scope of work
Your job is to redesign the existing document: create a consistent style set (headings, sub-heads, body text, bullet styles, table formats), embed the new visuals, and ensure everything looks cohesive when printed or viewed on screen. The final file should be entirely in .docx so my team can update it later without extra software.
Deliverables
• Reformatted .docx with applied style set
• Custom charts/diagrams in editable form
• A short “how-to-edit” note so future updates keep the same look
If you have experience designing training manuals or corporate reports—especially for nonprofits—let me know and please share a sample. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
