Modern BMS UI Overhaul

Our internal BMS runs on FileMaker Pro/Claris and the interface has grown uneven over time. I’m looking for someone who can give it a cohesive, modern-minimalist makeover that matches our existing brand guidelines (I’ll supply the full style guide at kickoff).

Scope
• Start by defining a master theme—colors, typography, spacing, and states—so every module feels part of one product.
• Design a complete icon set that is crisp, consistent, and optimized for FileMaker layouts (retina and standard resolutions).
• Re-work key layouts and navigation panels so screens read intuitively, reduce clutter, and scale gracefully from desktop to iPad.
• Package deliverables as reusable styles and layouts that my team can apply across the remaining tables without breaking scripts or relationships.
• Provide hand-off documentation and a brief walk-through so future tweaks stay on-brand.

Acceptance
The updated theme must import cleanly into our existing FileMaker file, display correctly on FileMaker Go, and pass a quick accessibility contrast check.
