Enterprise SaaS for regulatory compliance

Job ID: 39822860

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD

PolicyVault’s core features are live and stable, but the interface still looks like an internal build. Over the next three weeks I want every screen to feel like a polished, enterprise-grade product that can be demoed on a conference stage. You will be working directly in the existing React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS codebase; no backend or ground-up work is required.

What needs attention
• Refine visual design so it aligns with our detailed brand guidelines and conveys a corporate, professional tone.
• Smooth out the navigation flow—menus, breadcrumbs, and page transitions should feel intuitive and consistent.
• Bring the app to full responsiveness and WCAG-AA accessibility, including keyboard navigation and clear focus states.

Key details
All components already exist; some simply need spacing tweaks, others a complete facelift. The design team will supply Figma references, color tokens, and typography sets. Expect frequent GitHub PRs, a short daily async check-in, and a mid-sprint UI review with stakeholders.

Deliverables & acceptance criteria
1. Updated pages and shared components merged into main without lint or type errors.
2. Layouts render flawlessly on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and the latest iOS/Android browsers at common breakpoints.
3. Axe-core or Lighthouse audits show no critical accessibility issues.
4. Navigation structure approved by the product team and reflected in the sidebar, header, and breadcrumb logic.
5. A brief hand-off doc outlining new components, utility classes, and any refactors.

If you are comfortable pushing pixel-perfect React code, leveraging Tailwind’s utility patterns, and meeting a hard three-week deadline, I’m ready to give you access today.
