Bold Redesign for ElksHistory.org

elkshistory.org has served its purpose for years, but the look now feels dated. My priority is to modernize every visual element while embracing a bold, vibrant style that instantly captures attention. The homepage carries the most weight, so it needs to tell our story in a single glance—striking color palettes, confident typography, and engaging hero imagery that steers visitors deeper into the site.

I will provide the existing content and structure; your role is to transform the front-end so it feels fresh, responsive, and intuitive on any device. Subtle motion or hover effects are welcome if they enhance the experience without distracting from the historical focus of the site. Accessibility and fast load times must remain intact throughout the redesign.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity mock-ups of the new homepage, plus a reusable style guide (colors, fonts, UI components)
• Production-ready HTML/CSS/JS (or theme files if you work within a CMS) that mirrors the approved mock-ups
• Clear hand-off documentation so future updates can be handled smoothly

I will review each milestone against the mock-ups for pixel accuracy, responsiveness, and overall performance. Once everything aligns, we move to final sign-off and deployment to the live server.
