Accessibility Narration & Transcripts Integration

Job ID: 40175703

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m updating our voting application so that a voter with either a visual or a hearing impairment can move through the entire ballot confidently and unassisted. To make that happen, I need every screen, button, warning and confirmation narrated aloud and mirrored in text on the display.

Your role is to create the paired assets—clear, neutral-accent voice prompts (WAV or MP3) and perfectly synchronized written captions/transcripts in UTF-8 text or JSON— (maybe another will confirm) covering the full flow from “Welcome” to “Your vote has been recorded.” The narration must be conversational, free of jargon, paced for screen-reader users and timed so the on-screen text appears in lockstep.

Because both impairments are equally important, I’m looking for:

• A calm, easily understood voice recording for each interaction point
• Matched on-screen text cues with identical wording
• File naming that maps one-to-one: e.g., 03_select_candidate.wav + 03_select_candidate.txt
• A brief integration note describing how to call the files from standard accessibility APIs (ARIA-labels, TTS hooks)

You can use your preferred tools—Audacity, Adobe Audition, Amazon Polly, Google TTS, etc.—as long as the output is studio-quality and royalty-free for permanent use. Provide a 30-second sample so I can confirm style before you proceed with the rest.

Timeline: I need the full package ASAP, so please outline in your bid how quickly you can turn around the first draft and final delivery.

If you have previous work on accessible kiosks, e-learning modules, or screen-reader optimized flows, point me to it—those examples will move you to the top of the list.
