Usability Test Live-Streaming App

I need fresh eyes on our live-streaming app to see how well it serves people who rely on accessible design. The priority is pure usability testing, zeroing in on accessibility on both laptops and smartphones—no performance metrics or deep functional audits this round.
Here is what I am looking for:
• A structured accessibility-focused usability test on the current production build (web and mobile).
• A concise report outlining issues, their impact on real-world use, and quick-win improvement suggestions.
• Screen recordings or annotated screenshots that clearly demonstrate each problem you uncover.
You are free to use any assistive tech you normally rely on (screen readers, magnifiers, voice control, etc.), but please note which tools you used so I can reproduce the issues. The final package should be delivered as a single shareable folder containing the report (PDF or DOCX) and all media assets.
