PDF Drop-Down Form Upgrade

I already have a static PDF form and now I want it to behave like a true, fill-and-click document. Your task is to open the file in Adobe Acrobat and turn its fields into drop-down menus. Almost every one of those menus will be a simple Yes / No choice, so speed and precision matter more than elaborate design.

When you are done, I expect one clean, interactive PDF that keeps my original layout intact, lets users tab naturally from field to field, and shows the chosen answers when saved or printed. Please test the form before you hand it back to make sure every list expands, the default value behaves correctly, and no formatting has shifted.

If you have done similar Acrobat form work, especially with bulk drop-downs, this will be straightforward. I will send the PDF as soon as we start and would like the finished file returned promptly.
