Source Malaysian VC Investors

I’m looking for a research-savvy partner who can connect me with venture capital firms keen to place funds in Malaysia’s real-estate market. I already have solid financial projections prepared; what I need now is targeted investor identification and warm introductions.
Scope of work
• Build a vetted list of venture capital firms that have a stated appetite for Southeast Asian or specifically Malaysian real-estate deals.
• For each firm, provide decision-maker names, direct contact details, typical ticket size, recent property-sector investments, and any geographic or stage preferences.
• Prioritize funds whose mandate allows private-fund or corporate-agency structures.
• Where possible, outline the best approach angle—events they attend, portfolio synergies, or partner interests—to improve our outreach success rate.
• Facilitate initial contact or email introduction templates so I can present my financial projections effectively.
Success for me means at least 10 high-quality, well-matched VC leads and actionable next steps for engaging them. If you already maintain a strong network in APAC venture capital or real-estate funds, let me know—those relationships will be highly valued.
