Verify & Correct 39 References nursing

I have a manuscript with 39 journal-article citations that must strictly follow Vancouver style—list the first six authors and then add “et al.” wherever applicable. Every DOI has to be correct and clickable. If any reference is inaccurate, outdated, or the DOI cannot be validated, please replace it with a more appropriate, up-to-date journal article covering the same point. I already hold full-text access, so you can request any PDF you need for cross-checking.

Deliverables:
• A clean, fully formatted Vancouver reference list in Word or Google Docs.
• A brief change log indicating which entries were replaced or amended and why (just a sentence per item is enough).

I’ll review the log against the manuscript and release payment once all 39 entries are accurate, consistently styled, and every DOI resolves correctly.
