I need a sharp set of eyes on several undergraduate academic papers before they are submitted. The task goes beyond a quick spell-check: each manuscript must read smoothly, conform to citation guidelines, and be entirely free of language errors.
Here’s what I’m looking for in the finished files:
• All grammar, punctuation, and spelling issues corrected with Track Changes left visible so I can review every adjustment.
• Citations and reference list checked against the prescribed style (I’ll supply the style sheet) and fixed where needed.
• Paragraphs tightened for clarity and logical flow without changing the authors’ arguments or voice.
Turnaround is important, yet quality is paramount; indicate how many words you can reliably polish per day and your preferred file format (Word or Google Docs both work for me). If you have a background in academic editing or have handled undergraduate papers before, mention a couple of recent projects so I can gauge fit quickly.
I’ll send the first essay as a test piece—roughly 2,500 words. Once that’s returned to standard, there will be a steady stream of similar papers over the next few weeks.
