Undergrad Social Science Research Question
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This project centres on shaping a clear, well-scoped research question for an undergraduate social-science study. I already have a broad theme in mind but need help refining it into a question that meets academic standards, is researchable with available data, and aligns with current literature.
Here’s the flow I envisage:
• Initial exchange where I share the general theme, relevant course guidelines, and any constraints set by my supervisor.
• You respond with two or three potential research questions, each briefly justified with key scholarly sources, anticipated variables, and a note on feasible methodology (survey, interview, secondary data, etc.).
• After my feedback, we iterate once, arriving at the final, polished question accompanied by a short rationale (≈300 words) and an indicative reading list of at least five peer-reviewed articles.
Acceptance criteria
– Final question is answerable within an undergraduate timeframe and word count.
– Rationale demonstrates relevance, originality, and theoretical grounding.
– Sources are correctly cited in APA.
