ONLY INTRODUCTION AND LITERATURE REVIEW. ( HAVE PAPERS FOR REVIEW AS WELL JUST DRAFT ACCORDINGLY)
I’m putting together an academic paper on “Understanding the Determinants of UPI Adoption and User Perception: A Comparative Analysis of Urban and Semi-Urban Areas in Gurgaon and Jhajjar.”
What I still need is a polished Introduction and a thorough Literature Review that clearly set up the comparative angle of the study.
Scope and focus
• Anchor every discussion around urban vs. semi-urban differences—this comparative lens is the core of the brief.
• Cover user demographics, usage patterns and the challenges residents face when adopting UPI in both contexts, then weave in wider themes such as economic factors, cultural influences and technological infrastructure (please add other pertinent determinants when the literature points to them).
What I expect to receive
1. Introduction (roughly 1500-2000 words)
– Establish the Indian digital payments context and justify the Gurgaon/Jhajjar comparison.
– State the research objectives and relevance succinctly.
2. Literature Review ( strictly 10000-11000 words)
– Synthesise recent scholarship (preferably 2018 onward) on UPI adoption and similar digital-payment platforms.
– Organise findings under clear sub-headings mirroring the determinants above, highlighting gaps that my empirical work will later address.
– Maintain an explicit urban/semi-urban contrast throughout.
Formatting & referencing
APA 7th-edition citations, with a reference list, are essential. Use credible sources (journals, conference papers, reports; Google Scholar or Scopus indexed whenever possible).
Acceptance criteria
• Logical flow from broader digital-payment discourse to the specific Gurgaon–Jhajjar context.
• Critical comparison—not just description—of studies on urban versus semi-urban adoption.
• Minimum 30 academic sources, accurately cited. I have papers you don't need to find them.
• Delivered as an editable Word document, clean and ready for supervisor review.
