Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I am looking for an experienced academic writer/editor to help me refine and complete the final drafts of two university thesis/business projects in the fields of Business Administration and Marketing.
Both projects are already developed and have a clear structure, concept, research base, and existing written content. I need someone who can help improve the final quality, strengthen the academic argument, polish the writing, and correct the remaining sections before submission.
Project 1 – Marketing Thesis:
This project is a marketing/business plan for a new daytime queer event in Sydney, focused on Oxford Street. The concept is a drag performance route/bar-crawl experience where attendees move between different venues, watch drag performances, vote anonymously, and attend a final winner announcement. The project includes market research, survey results, target audience analysis, positioning, marketing strategy, operations, pricing, risk considerations, and future scalability.
Project 2 – Business Administration Thesis:
This project is a business plan for an e-bike rental company in Sydney targeting food delivery riders. The business focuses on solving problems such as the high upfront cost of buying an e-bike, maintenance issues, downtime, battery needs, and flexible rental plans. The project includes market analysis, competitor analysis, operations, suppliers, pricing, financial assumptions, growth strategy, and viability assessment.
I need support with:
Editing and improving academic/business writing
Rewriting rough or weak sections using my existing ideas and notes
Strengthening coherence, structure, and argument flow
Improving business logic and marketing analysis
Making the projects sound more professional, realistic, and academically strong
Checking grammar, clarity, tone, formatting, and consistency
Helping finalise unfinished sections where I already have the concept and data
Reviewing references, citations, and overall presentation where needed
Ensuring the final work is clear, well-organised, and suitable for university submission

A degree or strong background in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field
Experience editing or supporting university theses, business plans, or marketing reports
Strong academic writing and critical thinking skills
Ability to improve both content quality and writing style
Excellent written Spanish, as the final documents are preferably written and delivered in Spanish
Ability to edit, rewrite, and polish academic/business content in Spanish
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently due to a close deadline
Experience with Spanish university-style projects would be a plus, but not essential
The work is not starting from zero. I already have the projects, concepts, research, and structure. I need someone who can act as a strong academic editor and business/marketing reviewer to help me bring the final versions to a higher standard.
The final work should preferably be completed in Spanish, so strong academic Spanish writing skills are very important. English comprehension is useful, but the main editing and final delivery should be in Spanish.
