Teaching Dossier Self-Assessments
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My promotion file is missing the teaching-evaluation section, specifically the self-assessment reports. I will share course syllabi, learning objectives, sample assignments, student survey summaries, and any institutional template the committee expects.
Your task is to turn that raw material into clear, evidence-based self-assessments that highlight my teaching philosophy, instructional methods, student engagement strategies, and continuous improvement over time. The tone must stay reflective yet data-driven, suitable for tenure and promotion review committees in a North American university setting.
Deliverables
• Three polished self-assessment reports (one per course taught during the review period) in Microsoft Word
• A consolidated two-page reflective overview tying the individual reports together
• Track-changes version showing all edits and a clean submission copy
Acceptance criteria
• Language is concise, first-person, and free of jargon
• Each report references specific student-learning evidence supplied
• Formatting follows the university’s dossier guideline (12-pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, section headings as provided)
Once I provide the background files, the first draft should be ready within seven days, followed by one revision round after committee feedback.
