Student Mental Health Articles Needed

Job ID: 40026697

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a series of well-researched, academically written articles that help students understand and navigate key areas of mental health. Each piece should translate evidence-based insights into clear, student-friendly language without losing scholarly rigor.

The content must address three pillars:
• Stress management – causes, physiological impact, and proven coping frameworks.
• Mindfulness practices – theory, benefits, and step-by-step guidance students can apply on campus or at home.
• Mental health disorders – concise overviews of common conditions, early signs, and how to seek professional support.

Deliverables
1. Separate articles for each topic (around 1,200–1,500 words each).
2. Academic tone: objective voice, citations from peer-reviewed journals, and a brief reference list at the end of every article.
3. Clear sub-headings, short paragraphs, and practical examples relevant to student life.
4. Original work only (I run plagiarism checks).

I will review a short outline for approval before drafting begins, and the final articles should arrive in an editable Google Doc or Word file.
