Strategic Issues in Project Management Assignment

I need a 3,500-word Individual Inquiry-based Report for the course Project Management Strategic Issues . The report must critically analyze a strategic project management issue either from one of the following mega projects:
NEOM (The Line) – Saudi Arabia
Thames Tideway Tunnel – UK
Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge
OR based on my own professional experience (construction/project management field).
The report must follow a structured format (NOT an essay) and include five sections:
Scope of Inquiry (600 words) – Define and justify the selected strategic issue, include structured reflective questions (written in first person).
Course Concepts & Models (1,150 words) – Critical literature review using minimum 12 academic sources + 6 professional sources. Select three key strategic project management concepts (e.g., lean construction, supply chain management, power & politics, performance measurement, strategic alliances, etc.).
Emergent Insights & Knowledge (1,150 words) – Link theory to practice and generate new insights and improvements.
Key Learning & Action Points (350 words) – Lessons learned and practical recommendations at individual, team, and organisational level (include action plan).
Critical Reflection (250 words) – Reflect on the learning process and professional development impact.
