Objective: Rewriting and coherently linking the scientific text in English with a professional academic style that meets Scopus Q2 journal standards, standardizing in-text citations and references to an accepted style guide (APA 7th or Harvard), and proposing suitable journals for publication.
Scope
• Substantive & Line Editing:
• Ensure coherence across paragraphs, logical argument linking, and clear progression of ideas.
• Elevate scholarly tone to align with Scopus Q2 writing conventions.
• Remove redundancy, tighten verbosity, and clarify ambiguous phrasing without altering the scientific meaning.
• Structural Enhancement:
• Optimize the following sections: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results/Discussion, Conclusion, and Practical/Policy Implications (where applicable).
• Citations & References:
• Standardize to APA 7th or Harvard style.
• Verify one-to-one consistency between in-text citations and the reference list; identify gaps and common errors.
• Journal Targeting:
• Provide a shortlist of 3–5 Scopus Q2 journals in social sciences/humanities relevant to the manuscript’s topic, with notes on fit, scope, and key items from the Author Guidelines (Aims & Scope, Author Instructions).
• Submission Readiness:
• Draft a tailored Cover Letter.
• Prepare contributor statements/supplementary data pages as needed.
• Supply a Response-to-Reviewers template for use upon receiving peer-review comments.
