Romans Seminary Outline: Chapter Breakdown

Job ID: 40337502

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m compiling a seminary-level outline of Paul’s Letter to the Romans and want it built with the “Longer Method” in mind. That means a full, chapter-by-chapter breakdown that tracks the flow of the text, assigns clear headings and sub-points, and keeps verse references visible so the outline can double as a teaching aid.

For every chapter I need the dominant theological themes highlighted. Please make sure you bring out justification by faith, the tension of grace and law, Christian living, and any other recurring ideas you see. Historical background or practical application can appear briefly where it clarifies the theology, but the main focus must stay on the doctrinal argument Paul is making.

Deliverables
• A single document (Word or PDF) containing the 16-chapter outline, formatted hierarchically with verse ranges beside each heading.
• Concise thematic notes under each chapter that tie back to the key doctrines mentioned above.
• Citations or footnotes for any extra-biblical sources you draw on.

SEE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED.
I’ll review for completeness, clarity, and fidelity to the text.
