Each problem will:
• Test deep conceptual understanding and multi-step reasoning.
• Include visuals essential to solving the problem.
• Be tested against Gemini 2.5 Pro, with conversation logs (with and without hints).
Responsibilities
• Develop high-difficulty math problems (graduate or upper-undergraduate level).
• Provide rigorous, step-by-step solutions and explanations.
• Ensure originality, no recycled textbook/test questions.
• Design concise, helpful hints to guide reasoning.
• Incorporate unambiguous visuals critical to the problem’s solution.
Qualifications
• Ph.D. strongly preferred (Master’s acceptable with strong expertise).
• Deep academic or professional knowledge in mathematics.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft rigorous, clear content.
• Strong reasoning and problem-design skills (beyond rote recall).
• Ability to design/use graphs, diagrams, or models as part of problems.
