Qualitative Coding of Survey Responses

I'm seeking a research analyst to assist with qualitative coding of over 400 survey responses. The primary goal is to identify common themes throughout the data and set up the code book in Dedoose

Ideal candidate should:
- Possess strong qualitative research skills
- Have experience in coding survey responses
- Be adept at identifying and interpreting recurring themes
-Have experience following the Gioia method (Gioia et al., 2013)
-Be an expert in creating qualitative data structures
-Be Fluent in English
