Publish VR Education Study in WoS or scoups index
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My manuscript on using Virtual Reality as a decision-support tool for academic specialization is complete and ready to go. What I now need is end-to-end support to secure publication in a reputable, peer-reviewed journal that ticks all of these boxes:
• Indexed in Web of Science (but not merely ESCI)
• Also indexed in Scopus
• Scope aligned with educational technology, VR, or decision-support systems in education
• Welcomes empirical or data-driven studies such as mine
Cogent Education is one example that fits, yet I am open to any journal that satisfies the criteria above and offers a realistic pathway to acceptance.
Here is how I see the collaboration:
1. Journal short-listing and rationale
– Provide at least three candidate journals that meet every indexing requirement, with impact metrics, turnaround times, APC details (if applicable), and an honest assessment of fit.
2. Manuscript adaptation
– Format the paper, references, figures and tables to the chosen journal’s style guide using Word or LaTeX (my current file is in Word).
– Draft a persuasive cover letter highlighting the study’s contribution to VR-based decision support in education.
3. Submission and follow-through
– Complete the online submission on my behalf or walk me through each portal step.
– Prepare point-by-point responses to reviewers until the paper is formally accepted.
Acceptance criteria
• Short-list delivered within one week of project start.
• Final manuscript, cover letter and any supplementary files fully compliant with the selected journal’s guidelines.
• Confirmation e-mail from the journal’s editorial system showing the submission has been successfully logged.
Once we agree on the target outlet, I will share the full manuscript, datasets and ethics approval letter. Looking forward to partnering with someone who knows the academic publishing landscape inside out and can help this VR education study reach the visibility it deserves.
